Altar Flower Order Form

Order a floral arrangement to be displayed on the church altar during weekend worship in memory, honor, or celebration of a loved one!

Orders are due Mondays at 12 pm for the upcoming weekend. You can order online or stop by the information desk in the church lobby. 

Please click here to check for open weekends for altar flowers. We are able to display three arrangements per weekend.

Please note that there might be an extra charge for certain types of flowers (i.e. roses are more expensive and will incur an additional fee).

Please feel free to pick up your flowers on Sunday after all church services have ended or the following Tuesday by 4:30 pm.  If your flowers are not picked up by the end of the day, they will be removed. Please be sure to check the names on the back of the bouquets if there is more than one arrangement.
